ABOUT

I am a London based interdisciplinary designer and autoethnographic artist working across film, production, installation, fine art and scenography.

My practice explores memory by examining the emotional architecture of spaces, objects and people to investigate how autobiographical experiences can be translated into immersive environments.

I work with home footage, archival imagery and spatial design to advocate for sustained attention to the mundane. I acknowledge our world as an enduring record of those who have passed through it, and believe that if you look closely enough, there is an endless library of knowledge within the things we often ignore.

My work often uses accessible materials and autobiographical imagery to create a nostalgic atmosphere. In doing this, I invite viewers to project their own memories and experiences onto the environments I construct to encourage slow interpretation and sustained observation. In a world that is formed by socio-political barriers that keep people separate, my work explores the possibility of memory being universally accessible.
